Toni Ann Lupinacci

Toni grew up in the salon business, sweeping floors and answering phones. Her father was a stylist who owned a salon in CT in the 1960s. After a career in customer service and sales, she followed her passion into the healing arts and became a licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist. Graduating from the Christine Valmy School of Esthetics in NYC and The CT Center for Massage Therapy. In 2000, Toni and her sister took over their family's salon. A new passion was born—business: working with coaches, attended seminars, implementing systems, marketing, hiring, and training. For 15 years they expanded the salon, grew the team, maintained clients, and elevated customer service. Expansion doubled the salon’s size and visibility. In 2024, after 35 years, they sold the business. Toni then joined Salonspa Connection as a broker, helping others buy and sell beauty businesses with confidence and care.
