Andrea Haitz is a Business Broker and Commercial Realtor® with Bray & Company. She has spent many years in residential real estate and brings a deep understanding of buying and selling properties. Andrea, her husband, and some business partners previously owned the large Mercantile Building in downtown Grand Junction, gaining firsthand experience in purchasing, owning, selling, and leasing commercial properties. She and her husband are small business owners and own investment properties, giving Andrea a strong understanding of real estate as both a business and an investment. Andrea is passionate about helping clients navigate the market with confidence and insight, drawing from her real-world experience.
