Summer Morris, CPA, is a California- and Washington-licensed CPA with nearly 30 years of accounting and financial analysis experience. Her background includes senior financial analysis in financial services as well as decades of work with privately held businesses. Summer focuses on the financial side of business acquisitions and transitions, including financial statement and tax return analysis, normalized earnings and SDE, seller add-backs, acquisition financial analysis, transaction due diligence, and seller financial readiness.
