A licensed real estate agent since 2004, Ryn represents both buyers & sellers with the ownership transfer of restaurants, food service businesses, and businesses operating with a sustainable/social mission. Adept in business management, she also consults on all phases of business plan creation as a tool to secure funding and to articulate the vision of the venture. With over 20 years in the food service industry, Ryn was the founding chef/owner of a successful restaurant & has held many jobs in the culinary industry from personal chef to executive chef. After receiving an MBA in Sustainable Business Management, Ryn taught management courses to culinary management student and recently held a faculty post at The Culinary Institute of America-Greystone in Napa County.
