Helen Zhengyu Liu

Helen Liu has a background in Finance and Law and has been a commercial banker for 20 years, working with a wide range of businesses. She focused her banking career in helping these businesses with cash management and capital funding, and closed and managed over $1 billion in commercial loans. Helen credits her disciplined and ethical approach, and critical thinking when working with clients, to her formal training and experience in commercial banking. These disciplines prepared her to take the next step in helping small and large business clients plan their exit strategies, as a business broker. In April 2020, Helen proudly acquired SUNBELT BUSINESS ADVISORS and became the broker of record for the esteemed Silicon Valley office. Helen earned her undergraduate degree in finance from San Diego State University, and later her master’s degree in finance and J.D. degree from Seattle University.
