Randy has been providing M&A services since 2011, having consulted with hundreds of businesses on their exit plans, and leading business owners and acquirers through the M&A process. His client-centric model focuses on providing attention to detail and high-touch communication that reduce the complications, frustration, and anxiety that a business transaction can bring.
Prior to becoming a business intermediary, Randy spent seven years on Wall Street, most recently as a financial analyst where he researched and valued companies with market capitalizations ranging from $100 million to $1 billion+. He has spent extensive time with C-level executives assessing business models, growth strategies and assumptions, and valuation methodologies.
In his spare time, Randy enjoys running and has completed over fifteen races, from the marathon to the 100-mile distance. As a former All American wrestler, he can be found travelling throughout California officiating high school wrestling.
