Jack Chung

Jack manages the team of agents in the San Francisco office and has advised on transactions across a wide range of industries. He specializes in wholesale, distribution, and service-based businesses of all sizes. Jack takes a hands-on approach, developing a deep understanding of each business to effectively represent his clients. He is involved throughout the transaction process, including opinions of market value, marketing, buyer qualification, negotiations, escrow, and post-sale transition. Jack values long-term relationships and enjoys partnering with business owners on successful sales and acquisitions. Prior to business brokerage, Jack worked in telecommunications, retail, real estate, and IT. He holds a BA in International Business from San Francisco State University and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
