Wes Brown holds a degree in Mass Communication and brings over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and business brokering. A trained member of the IBBA, he previously worked in the Commercial Division of Century 21 and has owned, operated, and sold multiple businesses. He is the owner of California Business Sales, where he guides small business owners through valuation, preparation, marketing, and successful exit strategies. Wes is also the author of three published works—Out of the Cave, The Nova Terra Project, and How Global Efficiency Could Save the World—which reflect his strengths in communication, clarity, and strategic thinking.
