Timothy O'Hara J.D. LLM-Environmental Law

Tim O’Hara has been a California attorney for 33 years and a broker for 23. He served on the California Board of Parole Hearings as an Administrative Law Judge, supervisor, and appointee of the Governor. He graduated from CSU Fresno with a MA in Biology. He received a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, and a Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. He has presented on medical contract law for the American Society of Anesthesiologists. Tim provides full service to his clients from start to finish. He is versed in the nuances of transitioning clients into or out of their business. He is there for all aspects of the transition, including finding, negotiating, completing purchase/lease agreements for the real estate and/or business. If the client needs a business structure such as LLC, corporation, or partnership, he can create what is needed. He is known for his thorough approach to transactional work and aggressive trial work.
