Clarence Stone has been licensed as a business broker/merger and acquisition advisor since 1985. Mr. Stone is one of the co-founders of California Equity Group (CEG) and is currently a principal at CEG. Clarence has substantial experience as a M&A advisor regarding the merger, acquisition & divestiture of companies after personally completing over 300 transactions over the past 40 years, with transaction values up to $100M. Mr. Stone is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor.
In addition to serving on the boards of several privately held companies, Mr. Stone is involved in the non-profit community. He is the past President of the California Association of Business Brokers--a statewide, non-profit, industry trade association. Clarence is also an active 20 year member of The Rotary Club of Downtown San Jose.
