Matt Mansour

Matt Mansour is a Senior Business Advisor with M&A Business Advisors, helping business owners prepare for and navigate the sale of privately held companies. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, business leadership, systems architecture, and systems automation, including serving as a technical co-founder and VP of Engineering. Matt’s interest in business brokerage grew from his own experience building, listing, and ultimately exiting a technology company with the help of an advisor. That experience gave him firsthand insight into both the financial and personal considerations involved in selling a business. Matt brings an analytical, data-driven approach to valuations and transactions while keeping the owner’s goals at the center of the process. He is a licensed California real estate broker and an active member of CABB and IBBA.
