Richard started his first full time business at the age of 22 and has always maintained at least one business as an owner ever since. He has founded, mentored, managed and sold businesses through the years.
He started his business brokerage career in 2012 working for two major business broker franchises which ended with his founding of AEGIS Business Brokers, LLC in January of 2014.
He has been awarded IBBA's CBI top ranking. Additional training from the IBBA includes; Analyzing & Recasting Financial Statements, Pricing Businesses to Sell, Tax Returns, Leases & Landlords, Due Diligence, Managing Closings & Ownership Turnovers. He has also received additional training and certifications from the ABBA American Business Brokers Association as an ABI Accredited Business Intermediary and SVA Senior Valuation Analyst.
Richard has an Arkansas Real Estate License to assist business owners with the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial real estate.
