I am an entrepreneur and business advisor with over two decades of experience in construction, manufacturing, and business management. After earning a B.S. in Construction Management and an A.A.S. in Electrical Power Technology, I founded and grew two successful companies — a civil construction firm and a steel fabrication business. I led both from inception through sustained growth, managing all operational and financial aspects. I successfully sold both companies, gaining firsthand experience in valuation, preparation, negotiations, and closing transactions. Today, as founder of H&E Business Advisors, I leverage my ownership and sale experience to help entrepreneurs strengthen operations, increase value, and navigate the business sale or acquisition process with confidence.
