With over 19 years of experience in franchise consulting and business sales, I have guided clients through the complexities of buying and selling businesses, always prioritizing integrity and client interests. My credentials include Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Certified Merger & Acquisition Professional (CM&AP), which have supported my expertise in franchise development and business purchase & sale negotiations.
As President & CEO of Chiro Foods Ltd. for 2 years, I guided the restructure of the business, resulting in almost doubling the value of the business in the first 11 months. Concurrently, I brokered the share sale for the 17 shareholders of Chiro Foods Limited, which was the largest share sale in the history of A&W Canada that included 30 restaurants/36 affiliated corporations, in record time.
