Spring Educational Summit

The IBBA Spring Educational Summit will be held March 6 – 9, 2016 at the Palace Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, and will offer courses #210, #220, and #221. Register today!

Course materials, as well as lunch, are included in the registration prices listed below. Courtyard rooms may offer a lower rate. The hotel requires a credit card to be stored on file and one night room + tax deposit.

Course #210
Analyzing and Recasting Financial Statements (16 credit hours)
This two-day course focuses on recasting financial statements to maximize company earnings while minimizing liability. Registrants for this course must have passed Course #130 or the Course #210 Pretest

Course #220
Introduction to Pricing Small Businesses (8 credit hours)
Learn to apply market data to determine the most probable selling price of a small or midsize business (sales price less than $1 million) and how to report this as a “broker’s opinion of value.”

Course #221
Pricing Small Business – Level 2 (8 credit hours)
Continues the development of important business pricing skills started in course #220, focusing on those businesses typically sold for under $1 million.

This is a great opportunity to earn 32 credit hours from courses that are required to attain your CBI designation. This may be the last chance to take these courses before the next CBI exam, which will take place at the IBBA Spring Conference, May 2-7, 2016 in Orlando, Florida. The exam will be held in the morning on Saturday, May 7, 2016.
