During his corporate career Larry worked for several different billion-dollar Real Estate Investment Trusts in the Financial and Technology fields. He worked for Sam Zell for more than 25 years on hundreds of different projects. He was a key member of the teams that took 3 REIT companies public. He has worked with a New York Investment bank to develop a Corporate Valuation system used by several REIT’S. He was a key member of the M&A teams at 3 different companies.
Mr. Swanson earned his BA in Business Administration from Illinois State and is a CPA. He is also a Certified Franchise Consultant and a member of the International Franchise Professionals Group.
